Like everyone else, I ordered their initial item for $9.00 shipping. A day later, I was charged the $68.00 and immediately called to cancel. I was told I would get the refund within 10 days, and also received a confirmation email with a cancellation #, everything. I called every 10 days for 3 months, and luckily enough was actually able to get people on the phone. However, I was told that the refund would be processed in "10-12 business days". After 3 months, I gave up the fight, which is probably why they run this scam. They wear people down. Then today, I was checking my bank account and see an $89.00 charge from them. This is 6 MONTHS LATER!!! Now when I try to call, I cannot get through on their "customer service" line. I will be immediately disputing this with my credit union, and will talk to them about possibly changing out my debit card. I'll never see my initial $68.00 again, and certainly will never get this $89.00 back from the company itself. It is a shame the number of scams that are out there, and how quick we are to give out our credit card information over the internet. I have learned a hard lesson, that cost me $166.00; money I do NOT have in this economy. I only hope that my adding to this website will protect someone else.

Shop Dani had trial offer for $9.00 which I tried. Returned the product and every two weeks they send more product and pull money from my account. Now $225.00 later I am still trying to get my money back into my account. Because of them I am falling behind in my bills and feel someone from the Better Business Bureau or FBI should take a look at them. They are outright stealing from people in a time when everyone is feeling the strain with the economy being so sad. I have called at least 10 times and put on hold to only get the recording to leave your name and number and someone will get back to you. To date, I have not spoke to a person from this company.

They should be very proud of themselfs for stealing from hard working people.

NEVER buy from these people. Complete scam. I read through the other complaints and the exact same thing happened to them. There is NO WHERE on that website that says you are signing up for a club. I was charged the $9 for the necklace I bought and $69 a week later. When I called they said return the necklace (which I did) and you will be reimbursed for everything. Here it is a month later and now I can not get anyone on the phone. My husband went to school for IT (and is also a cop) so I had him trace the IP address for the website and I've been in contact with Evanston police if this is not put back in my account today. And he said if need be- he has friends in the secret service white collar fraud division he can contact. So I hope they read this because we have already traced them. I ordere a $9 piece of jewlery in May and within 2 weeks was sent 4 other pieces of jewelry that I did not order. I called the company and was told that I had signed up for automatic shipments of jewelry every 2 weeks for the price of $68. When I stated I did not want the items I was told to return the jewelry and I would recieve a refund. I returned the items in June, called to follow up in August and was told that the refund would be credited to my account in 5-7 days. I called again in September and was told the same thing, again in early October and again in late October. I asked to speak to a manager and was rudly told that it was not possible. I then called back and was allowed to leave a voice mail, I am still waiting for a return call and $349. To top it off the jewelry wasn't that well made and the necklaces were more like chokers. I ordered some jewelry for $9.00 on a trial basis. Shop Dani started sending me jewelry every two weeks. I called to cancell, even was given a cancellaition number. I returned the merchandise as I was instructed. I have been trying since May 2009 to get my refund, . Every time I call, they say I will have it in 10 days. Here it is September and I still have not recived my refund.
