You have to wait until 30 days if no cash back show up then you can send cash back inquiry, asked them to investigate. They never ever responded and resolved problem !!! You will only received automatically responded email. That's it.

I lost my eligible cash back more than $20 from 3 websites so far . I do online shopping almost everyday and experienced many cash back websites. I would recommended "Fatwallet" or "eBates" which are more reliable and great customer service.
