I chose to place an order with this website because their homepage said that orders placed within the next x minutes would be mailed that day. 5 days later and multiple attempts to contact customer service, the order had still not been shipped and I was finally able to get a hold of someone. They told me that orders take 24-48 hours to ship even after I told her what the website had posted. If the advertisement of shipping hadn't been on the website, I would have paid for faster shipping. But didn't think it was necessary given that it should have been shipped a week prior - now my gift will most likely be late and there's nothing I can do about it. I will never order from this site again - and I suggest that if anyone needs their order in a timely manner - to just shop from nflshop.com, they are much more attentive in terms of customer service.
