I was directed to this company through clicking a link on Zynga Games on facebook. The website offered handmade jewelry for $9 and free shipping. When I made this initial purchase I was not aware that I was joining a club. This company has charged my bank card 7 TIMES for $68 each. I found out by randomly checking my account balance and notice a MAJOR difference in my balance. On the screen that the link takes you to there are terms and conditions. In the terms and conditions it states that the membership charges bi-monthly. When you go to the shopdani.com website, the terms and conditions are also stated but in a different way. The initial ordering screen leaves out the detail that they can send you shipments more frequent than twice a month. DO NOT buy from this company. This company is scamming people. I called my bank and canceled my card before they can deplete my funds. I called the company and the man told me that I had joined a club and had agreed to the charges. I told him I had not authorized those charges and he told me to read the terms and conditions. Well, WHICH ONES?? I found this site and a few others that I wish I had discovered before I had done business with this company. I see that many people have had a similar story to mine. Has anyone had any success in getting their money back from this company? I went to the Better Business Bureau website and found that there are many people that are being scammed from this company called Peel, Inc. They own many different websites. I hope that this complaint keeps other people from being scammed the way that I and over 800 more people have.

4weeks ago mypoints sent me to this bonus page of a survey. I clicked on ShopDani, s website the add read free with paid shipping and handling. So I chose the turquoise set earrings and bracelet. Paid $8.99 in shipping and handling.it did not tell me I was joing a club for $68.00 a month. so Just today got bank statement. My bank notified me that I was 300 in the hole. I found out it was ShopDani whom made me in the whole they not took $68 onces but twice within 3 days then another at the end of the month. Now her pieces are not even semi-precious stones just shiny rocks not worth all that.

Called them just 10 minutes ago he wants me to track down the jewelry I haven't gotten cause he said it show we did. I asked him to put back the money they stolen from me he said no refunds unless I send all jewelry back. What jewelry????No money then is what I got told. Chance down the jewelry then call back. Thank you for being a good customer and he hung up. What do I do now???I am telling everyone not to go to that site with bank cards cause they are committing fraud with them. How do we get money back???
