I bought $10399.99 of digital equipment. Not all of it arrived. 3 batteries for canon digital camera would not work. They refuse to respond to my letters. I canot afford to buy again from elsewhere and all I wanted was the rest of my order and 3 canon batteries which they till owe me and was told I would get.
there number 888313 7468 no longer works. Letters go unanswered. E mails go unanswered. faxes will not go through. I have very little money and I thought they were giving me a fair deal and now no equipment so I have missed many opportunities and when the first grandchild comes in a few weeks no way to take pictures with a camera that does not exist and 3 bastteries that won't charge and they won't even fit in my friend's canon camera. Whsat do I do?

Bad charges. to my Vissa Account. Refused to cancel. Do not intend to pay. Any other action I can take?

I purchased a telephoto lens from them over the phone and after a week Icalled them because no confirmation had been received and it had not been shipped. The persn "helping" me said that he would get it out that day and send it 2 day air. He asked me if he could offer any other gooddeals and he upsold me what was represented as a professional tripod for my camera. What I received two days later was a very cheesey tripod that I could get for $20 at Radio Shack. I called and complained and they said that they made a mistake and would send the right one. Two weeks later I received the very same tri-pod. When I called back to return them both, they said that I would have to pay the freight and two restocking fees.
