TV’s ARE REFURBISHED

I paid $1, 188. for a Samaung 47'LCD TV; it died shortly before day 90. Shopdigitalonline's phone number off my Visa statement was bogus. They took the TV back but were a week late picking it up. I upgraded & agreed to purchase the 5 yr. warranty they recommended: ProTech ($500 for both).I did not receive my TV when promised. I called & Henry told me it had NOT been shipped because the cost was not $500 but $700. I told him I would only pay what I agreed upon($500). When I argued with him he told me “DON’T F*** WITH ME OR I’LL SHIP YOUR BROKEN TV BACK”.I called ProTech; I got their voice mail and you will never guess whose voice it was? Yes, HENRY’S!The next day I called Henry & told him to cancel my order. He told me; “YOU’RE AN A**HOLE” I hung up. I sent Henry an email & told him if he did not credit my Visa $784.50 (I paid for all shipping) I would contact the Federal & New York Attorney General, the BBB, write reviews and dispute them with Visa. Two weeks later I received my credit.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPDIGITALONLINE OR PROTECH!!! Knowone should be treated this way!!! They are swindlers and should be put out of business!!!
