I have just been charged $19.95 without my authority or knowledge. I have never even heard of this company let alone ordered anything from them. I now have to look back on my records to see how many other times I've been charged for something I never ordered. How can this happen? Talk about a scam! My husband pays all the bills so I have no knowledge of how long this has been going on.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

I, too, purchased from restaurants.com and now have 5 months of unauthorized charges on my credit card. I assumed my husband was buying business items and finally asked him and found out the charges weren't his. After checking out this site, I called shopessplus and spoke to a "robot" who has obviously dealt with this issue on a regular basis. I was transferred to a supervisor who made me say the word "refund" before he would refund my money. He was also a "robot" who kept repeating his name and ID#. I have notified everyone I know who has purchased from restaurants.com. to check their credit card bills. I know I never clicked on any offer and it is scary that this company is making so much money off those who don't check their bills.

I have 19.95 withdrawn no known service or products from this company????

I signed up with Google to make money on-line, I unchecked the box to join shopessplus but was charged anyhow. I wrote them a email complaint but they didn't respond. So I disputed it through my credit card company. If that doesn't work for some of you write to The Better Business Bureau, they will fight for you.
