Around 3/21/09 I purchased a robe and selected the Paypal option. BEFORE the shopjuici.com website transferred me to the PayPal website it hung for over 2 minutes (according to the clock on the computer). It did not transfer me to the Paypal website to complete the transaction. I never pressed any "confirm purchase" type button. I backed out, and did the transaction again, this time using a different mailing address. Both of these shipping addresses are mine, are valid and verified with PayPal. The second one went through easily.
I received a confirmation from shopjuici.com confirming the second, but not the first, transaction. Two calendar days later I got emails saying that one robe was being shipped to one address and one to the other. I immediately called the customer service number listed on the shipping notice, and left a detailed message. Of course I never got a call back or an email in response. I waited politely for two days and then emailed. I had to go through all kinds of ridiculous machinations to get my email "verified" with shopjuici.com (it was the exact same email they had written to me on) - thus delaying my complaint and allowing the merchandise to ship.
So, I got two $80 charges and two of the exact same robe. I emailed them and got a chilly response that there was a "no refund, no return" policy and that I should have read that. (Note, that does not appear on their website as of 4/11/09.)
