Dear Sirs

I note that you have deducted £8 from my British Airways American Express Card detailing Mail Order on the 8th January 09.

I never authorised you to deduct from my card nor have I ordered anything over mail order for you to be able to deduct the money without my authorisation.

I am quite taken aback to note that you are able to do such a thing which is totally unethical and alarming from my point of view.

Please refund the money as soon as possible and explain why and how you are able to deduct money from my credit card account without my authorisation so that this does not happen in future.

If i do not hear from you within the next couple of days I shall take the matter up with the Trading Standard Agency.

Buy.com's fault.

After your purchase at Buy.com the thieves scam you by an offer for a $10 coupon then charge your credit card by using the information provided for your original purchase. $12/month subscription for a $10 coupon.

This was canceled by simply calling and saying "I was not aware of what this was." I also requested that the employee on the phone file a complaint to say this is "deceptive and damages the internet."

The worst part again is that Buy.com had an agreement to provide my credit card information to Shopper Discount following my purchase at Buy.com. Buy.com sold me out and it was tucked into those intentionally long lines of the purchase agreement. These are TERRIBLE people.

This is "member service" which supposedly I have been a member since 10-17-07 and have had $10 monthly "membership" fees charged to my Discover card since that time through 01-16-08. The only other charge made on that date with that credit card was for another scam called SBS Fun Family Rewards which I am addressing separately.
