SCAM
I used Ticketmaster to Purchase tickets. Entered my details twice as I was asked if I would like a £15 discount voucher off my next purchase from Ticketmaster and have just realised that £10 per month has been going through on my CC for 7 months. Have called and been advised that they only have authority to refund £30. I now have to complete a claim form to request a refund. BEWARE - this is a scam and needs reporting to trading standards/OFT. Terribly bad practice.

Membership Con
I noticed this company charging ten pounds from my account after I had join as a member, but I had not agreed to any membership charge. In their advertising there is no mention of this charge. I was actually mislead into thinking this would be a free membership. This has to be corrected so that others will not be scammed.

I bought a part from JC Whitney on line and some how I started receiving a charge for $12.00 per month, the card I used gets paid out of my Morgan Stanley account I never noticed the charge for 18 months. I called the company and all they would credit me was 4 months.
I called JC Whitney about this and all they would comit is that they no longer use them.

Debit Card Scam
Shopper Discounts.com is running one of the biggest debit and credit card scams on the internet. Recently my daughter went off to college. As a way to help her out we are providing additional funds for her and monitoring her bank account of any transactions. Recently while my wife was reviewing her account on-line she saw a charge to her debit card of $12.00. This same charge was occurring per month for the last several months to a company called Shopper Discounts.com. After looking in to why she was charged this fee, a representative of Shopper Discounts.com informed me that we have been charged $12.00 per month since February of 2009 when my daughter made a purchase with her debit card on-line from Best Buy. When she made the on-line purchase she was asked if she wanted a 10.00 rebate on the purchase that she had selected. She selected yes and when she did she was automatically signed up for a monthly Shopper Discounts membership at a cost of $12.00 per month without her authorization or knowledge. She has paid a total of 252.00 in membership fees to this company without knowing. I called and cancelled the membership and I am trying to get the money refunded. Beware of this company. It is one of the biggest debit card scams on the internet.

unfair charges
When I researched this I seemed to get caught into this from a link on Ryan Air site.
The monthly fee was unclear and 4 month later I have cancelled what I didn't realised was a £10 monthly fee membership.
There are many discount and reward sites that do not charge a fee, why is this one different?
Is there anything that can be done to get the money back?

scam
I just discovered that I somehow got scammed by Shopper's Discounts at the tune of $12/month after I purchased a photo book from Shutterfly as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed that Shutterfly attached such scam offers to purchases. I always look carefully at online purchases, and this did not show up at the time. I was very happy with the photo book, but now I will think twice about ordering from Shutterfly again.

unaothorised bill
I got charged by this shopper discount when I ordered photo print outs. I realised it immediatly and I called the agency within a few minutes to cancel it. which they did on the telephone. BUT in reality, they continued to charge me for next 6 months. I was not careful enough to look at my credit card charge, when I realised, I called them to cancel immediatly.

Taking money from my card
I had not realised when I made an online purchase in January 2009 that I had unwittingly signed to this Shopper Discounts company. I thought it was all part of that one transaction. I now find some 15 months later that they have been taking £10 each month from my card, I did not notice before because of the amount of transactions...now they have offered me £30 refund whilst they pocket £120 for doing nothing. They tell me they sent me emails, but the email address in 2009 ceased to exist and this would have meant emails being returned to them, so my question is why when they got no response from me could they not drop me a note in the post?????
Unscrupulus practices indeed...
