unauthorized payments from my account
I booked hotels through expedia last year and discovered that shopper discounts had been taking £10 a month out of my account. I never received any emails from shopper discounts about ANY discounts!!!
Luckily, it was only 3 months ago so they only got £30 out of me.
I phoned shopper discounts and demanded a total refund as I had not authorized any payments and cancelled my membership.
They agreed to refund me within 30 days and would be sending me a confirmation email.
Beware of companies like expedia who pass on your details to this fraudulent outfit!! I believe I must be one of the lucky ones but will wait and see if I do get my money back within 30 days.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge
These bastards charged $12.00 from my son's check card without any authorization or approval. After my son ordered some posters from allposters.com, there must have been some type of pop up he simply clicked (he did not fill out any information or approve a charge) it grabbed his credit card number from the allposters order. This is nothing but an illegal scam!!! These crooks take your money and provide absoutely no service or product. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB on this company. I suggest everyone who has experienced the same with these crooked bastards do the same (https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/getstarted.aspx).

added $12 to my CC bill for nothing
This company keeps adding a $12 dollar charge to my CC bill after I have given them instructions to remove the charge. It was never authorized in the first place.

Unauthorized charges to debit card
My husband had asked me about a charge on our bank statement from Shopper Discounts. I didn't know anything about it. We called the 800 number and canceled our membership (which we had never signed up for). I had looked up this company and it goes by different names (Webloyalty, ReservationRewards, BuyersInsurance, Travelvaluesplus, Walletshield, and Completesavings). This is NOT a BBB accredited company. Apparently they make their money by pop-up windows that appear after making purchases online and they charge your debit card $12.00. Pretty much, they're stealing money from your bank account. If you see any pop-up windows using any of the names above, STAY AWAY! THEY ARE THIEVES!

UNAUTHORIZED MONTHLY FEES
SHOPPER DISCOUNTS is charging unauthorized monthly fees $12.00 to our credit card, inspite of cancelled services. Anyway, I don't know what is the SHOPPER DISCOUNTS is. I never enrolled the service nor authorized ! Please refund the fees charged to my credit card.
This is scam.

Scam
These guys have been taking $10/month from my Visa credit card account for no services for the past year. I just realized that by going carefully back through my bills, having finally noticed this small monthly charge. I have no record and no recollection of ever having signed up for their services.

Unathoroised £10 taken from my account.
You have taken £10 from my credit card without me giving any sort of consent. This is a fraud case so if you do not give the money back I will tke legal action.

Credit Card Scam
This is a company that thrives on scamming online buyers. Apparently there was some small print during a purchase I made in September 2008 from BUY.COM that enrolled me in this program. They kept charging me $12.00 per month. I realized this in Nov 2009 when I read about this scam in a website. I called them for a refund but they wouldn't return the full amount they scammed off me. I am reporting them to BBB and the Attorney General.

Unauthorized Debit charges
I just found out that this company charged me $12 dollars for a $10 off coupon!!! How does that work? I orders some prints from allposters.com and they also asked if i wanted to save $10 on my nexdt purchase. If this has been going on for a year, why can't someone stop them?

FRAUD
I am in Agreement with Shopper Discounts fraud $12 charge!!! If they turn you down on a refund, keep pushing! First she said she can only do one month refund, then as I mentioned BBB and fraud, she changed it to up to 6 months she can retro pay. She couldn't word the popup box exactly, proving that the offer is purposefully scamful. This is ridiculous attempt to scam people - but I'm figuring my husband clicked the $10 coupon offer. Be careful what you click!!!
