Horrible staff bad service
That Old Indian Woman that works at Shopper's at Blundell Mall, Richmond, is very wicked and with horrible services!!!
This old hag who's grey-haired, tiny and with glasses is a total bitch!!!
I live at the Blundell area. Everytime I shop there I have to avoid her or get help from someone else.
Shopper's should really think of firing her!!! With such staff member at your company would only bring bad reputation and piss your customers off!!

Where do I send a congratulations
Having had mediocre to poor service for the last few years, I was delighted to see pharmacist, Stephanie, return from a long maternity leave (three children she says). My new receipt did not have a survey on it for feedback. there is no place to let this company know that i finally have a real pharmacist actually doing the job. It is such a pleasure to see someone doing more than counting pills and yet there seems to be no place to send this information. no opportunity for complaints or kudos - don't they want to know? How lucky I am to find someone who recognizes that pharmacy is a job reuiring a keen eye and actual skills beyond counting.

Incompetent Staff/Owner
DO NOT buy your prescription at McCowan and Lawrence location.
According to the owner FLORA.. they filled my prescription based on assumption from my last refil. Even IF I told them that I only need 1, the went ahead..ASSUMED if I may say so...and filled my presciption to the max (which is NOT cheap).
Ofcourse every one at this location do not remember speaking to me about my order or the amount I ordered. Which I was already expecting since it's worth almost $2000.00.
So please people go to the one at McCowan and Ellesmere or Brimley and Eglinton instead. It's just 1 major intersection and they are much more nicer and knowledgable. They do NOT ASS ume either like Flora the NO GOOD owner from McCowan and Lawrence - Store # 501

Pharmacy delivery
My friend, Victor Robinson, was to have his prescription for pain medication (Oxycontin) delivered to his door. He has ankylosing spondylitis, and can't get out much. The delivery person delivered it to the wrong address, and no one is accepting responsibilty for this mistake. They didn't give him his meds, they actually gave them to someone else! We are trying to get the police involved, to little avail. Victor should not have to suffer because of their mistake. We haven't got any other way to resolve this situation.
