Unauthorised credit card charge
I made a purchase with my credit card and ticked a box for various discounts on future purchases but there was no indication that in so doing I would be subject to a £10 per month charge. I have emailed the company concerned (Shopper discounts) and have instructed my credit card to initiate a dispute procedure. Note that unlike with a bank account, it is extremely difficult to cancel a direct debiting arrangement to one's credit card, which does not seem right.

taking money from my credit card
I have also had money taken from shopperdiscounts.co.uk without me being aware I have signed up for something. My credit card company has said I need to get hold of them and tell them that I don't want to use their services (?) any more but I can't find anything for them and their website doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have an email address or telephone number that I can call. I can ill afford the £10 they keep taking with nothing coming back!
Thank you

Unauthorised Debit to my bank account
I recently purchased concert tickets from ticketmaster.co.uk online - I was offered the chance to save £10 off my next purchase with ticketmaster so naturally agreed. I have now just been charged £10 for my membership of shopperdiscount.co.uk run by webloyalty.co.uk.
I went back to their website (it appeared as shooperdiscount.c, o.uk (no that isn't a typo) on my bank statement) and guessed my login and managed to cancel my £10 per month subscription. I would urge everyone to do the same and will be contacting ticketmaster to suggest they distance themselves from this exploitative operation.

Unauthorised charges to credit card
I was booking with Ryanair and at the end of the transaction I was offered a "Shopper Discount" I received nothing except that my Credit car which I had used to book with Ryanair had an additional charge of £10 made by Shopper Discounts. As far as I was aware I had not sanctioned this payment. When I put "ShopperDiscounts" into Google search I immediate found a long list of Scams by this company. My Credit card company and bank (Coop advise me that I have no redress but advised me to try to deregister from this site. I am now endeavouring to to do this.
