Fraud
I bought two rail tickets from thetrainline.com as I usually do . This time this company Shoppers discount suggested to register with them so I can get a £10 discount with my next buy, which I did. But now I realised instead of what they promised they have started deducting £10 everymoth from my credit card account. I dont have a clue what it is all about. Please be careful future users. In the mean time I will try and see how I can stop my draining of fund. Wish me luck

unathorized charges
I ordered online at eyes, lips, face for some makeup and started getting charges on my bank account in the amount of $12.00. I let it go the first time, but the next month $12.00 came out again and this time I got another charge of $12.00 from Complete Savings. I called shoppers discount and cancelled it (that is how I found out it was eye lips face). I also called Complete savings and they couldn't find me in there system. I reluctantly gave her my c/c# to search by and it came up under my co-worker and companies names. We had ordered a pizza online thru Pizza Hut and my co-work already had a loggin on the site so we just used that and that is how her name became associated with my c/c #. I called this place and demanded a full refund and cancellation. She told me that it will take about 3-5 days. Both of these places are related, because when I called the complete savings, they already knew that I had cancelled the Shoppers Discount one from 10 minutes earlier. Beware!!! You can find the phone # to these places on you bank account statement.

Unauthorized charges
I did not see anything in their site that there would be a charge for the service. All I did at their site was to compare prices. Never did get a comparison, just a promise that they would guarantee best price. They have charged my Visa account $12.00. An unwelcome surprise.

I found a charge on my bank card for $12 and immediately had no idea what it was for but it showed as Shoppers Discounts, I then performed and Internet search on the Company and found many other complaints with the same $12 charge on credit cards.
Please let me know how to get rid of these charges so that i can pass it on to others who are afftedted by this Surcharge.

Unauthorised deductions from bank account
Shoppers Discount have been taking £10 from my bank account for the past (I believe) 6 months at least. I can't even remember how it started now because it's so long ago, and I had forgotten about it till I started checking my statements. I asked my bank to stop paying out because I had not authorised the ongoing payment, and initially I thought they had done so. But today I find another £20 deducted on my current statement, £10 at the beginning of June and £10 at the beginning of July. I rang my bank and they said as it's a debit card I would have to ring the Fraud Department. I am just about to do this, as I am extremely angry, partly with myself for not noticing this cheap trick before, but mostly with Shoppers Discount for being so unscrupulous.
