Unauthorised payments from my account
On closely checking my internet bank account i noticed a pattern of £10 each month since February being taken from my account. This appears to have started after ordering flowers through Interflora for my aunt in Ocean City, Maryland, USA following a bereavement. I have contacted them to cancel and will see what happens but I would like a refund and for people to be alerted to this scam

Unauthorised deductions from my bank account
I booked a flight to Ukraine in March and noticed that shooperdiscounts has been deducting £10.00 from my account without my permission.
My bank has asked for it to be cancelled on my behalf but they are still deducting the amount.

deduction from my credit card
I have had £10..00 debited to my credit card by shoppersdiscount.co.uk and have no idea what this is for as i have not used or authorised any body to do so. Kindly refund this amount to my account and also tell me how you got my details?

Unauthorized debits from my barcley card
I have only just noticed that i have been charged £8.00 a month from my barcley card since booking a flight with monarch last yr!!!
God knows how much has been taken from my account since this! i only clicked on a £10.00 free voucher advertisment, and certainly did not autherise any such debit!
I thought i had done it by accident until coming on the web site and seeing all the other complaints! has anybody managed to get their money back? This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Fraudulant Bank charges
I recently checked my bank statement online and saw an unauthorized charge pending to a place called Shoppers Discount. I immediately called my bank and the gentleman told me that he had heard of several fraudulant dealings before. The bank even had the phone number on file (because Shoppers Discount doesn't provide one when they charge your card).
So I've called the number and was told that my card number was given to them when I purchased from Woman Within. Apparently, they are a little button that offers you money off your next purchase. If you click on the button, they must automatically steal your card number, because I certainly never authorized anything!
I've seen that button on MANY websites! It pops up after you've confirmed your purchase as well. Make sure that you click CLOSE on this button!!
For anyone who needs it, the number I received from my bank is 800-889-8776
With times as troubled as they are, the last thing we need is someone ELSE taking our money!

Fraudulent charges
The problems likely started when I bought something from Buy.com, and somehow my Amex account started getting billed $12.00 by Shoppers Discount. Charges in the same amount were also placed on my Amex account by a similar company, Reservation Rewards.
Altogether these companies placed approximately $180.00 on my Amex card. Amex has reversed some, but possibly not all of the charges (I need to spend more time scrutinizing some previous Amex statements.
These companies are affiliated with a Norwalk, CT-based company called WebLoyalty.com
I have reported these unauthorized charges to the office of my State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
Folks, these are hard times. With the economy in meltdown mode, electronic debit scams are a growing problem. Please be vigilant. I had difficulty scrutinizing my financial statements for several months last year because of vision problems that required surgery on both eyes. Don't let these scams happen to you!

Taking money from account without authorization
I purchased merchandise from allposters.com and was automatically subscribed to a non existant service from shoppers dicount who debited my checking $12 a month. This had happened before when I placed an order with JCPenney. I cancelled with them then, but apparently that wasn't enough. They claim to e-mail me with discounts, but that has never happened to my knowledge. I have cancelled with them again and they were supposed to credit my account, but that hasn't happened either.

Payments I did not authorise or ask for.
I have been billed on my credit card (BARCLAYCARD) for four months at £10 per month and have no recollection or odering or receiving any service whatsoever. I have been receiving mails from Shoppers Discount, but, as they were unsolicited I delete them whithout reading them. As a result I have consulted my Credit Card Company and I have the problems of having to have a new card.

FRAUD
I discoverd today that Shoppers Discount has been charging me $12.00 for 4 months without my authorization. I was told by their associate that I will receive a full refund, but I will believe it when I see it in my bank account. You can guarantee if they don't refund me I will become their worst nightmare! Please beware this company is a SCAM!!!
