	Lal May 18, 2009 unathorised charge from credit card I have noticed an unauthorised and suspected theft charge of £10 from my credit card after purchase of a small item by the internet. I just don't know why and how it has been levied on to me by shoppersdiscounts.co.uk. I cannot contact this company. Can any one help with their address so that I can contact them. Lal
	asphipps April 12, 2009 unauthorised deductions from bank account I bought a train ticket on line. I was offered a £10 discount, and had to give my bank details to receive the payment which i duly did. Since then the company has deducted £10 pr month from my account, which I did not authorise, This is a scam. British rail should be made aware of this.
	Clare Leaper March 24, 2009 monthly payments I purchased a ticket on thetrainline.com and discountshoppers is deducting £10 per month from my bank account without my knowledge. This is theft. Has anybody else had this problem when purchasing a train ticket?
