I want to stop getting billed
I want to stop getting billed by this company. Today I tried to call and discontinue my membership. Someone that answered the phone said that the company could not speak with me about cancelling my account. He also said that I could cancel my account online. I tried to go online to cancel my account, but only was denied to get to the company. I believe that this is the second month that I was billed by this company. I would like to get a refund for every month that this company has billed me. I do not know if that is possible. Last month, after receiving my credit card bill, I looked at different places that billed me. I tried to cancel with four companies. I believe that I was only able to cancel with one. I believe that something happened with the other three companies. I believe that these companies may be related. I am not sure, but that is what I believe.

Fraud!!
I have been charges $17.95 since May 2010 and I just noticed it!! I never signed up for this. I have read all the complaints and I no longer feel bad. Called the customer service line and all they said they could refund me was 6 months worth. I would like to write a letter to the Owner of this HORRIBLE company and have him pay back the rest. I am currently unemployed and that money could be put to better use.

Consumer Fraud
I checked my account this morning to find that this company had somehow gotten my information, charged my account without my authorization, and processed this using interstate telecommunications. When I called them they told me it was done through "Classmates.com." I contacted Classmates.com and am waiting for a reply.
I am submitting complaints all over the place.
This company should be a prime target for a consumer protection investigation.

unauthorized charges
Shopping Essentials Plus has been charging my credit card anywhere from $12.00 to $24.00 a month without my permission for several months now and I don't even know what is "company" is. When I've tried to go onto their website I have to log in and give a password, which I apparently don't know since I can't get into the actual website. I've also tried calling, but was sent to the website. I think people should be alerted to the fraud that is going on with this "company."

fraudulent charges
Yeah to everyone voicing their complaints--I too have been a victim of Shopping Essentials Plus--and after reading all the complaints about them all over the internet, I was ready for the fight. I called today, and after a lengthy hold time, was helped very professionally, courteously, and promptly. They reveresed all the charges (6 months worth) without any question or hassle. I'm sure it is largely due to our voices being heard. Their phone number is 877-442-5774. Give them a call--get your money back!!!

Unauithorized charges of $19.95 deducted from my account. They also are part of Passport to fun which also deducted $19.95 from my account without authorization

forced "membership"
I made a purchase through Linen Source online. Evidently somewhere on the site during check-out, there is an option that should have NOT been checked regarding accepting some sort of coupon. According to my credit card company, this is becoming a common practice and one should be very aware of "unchecking" boxes as well as checking some. There has been an (undetected) recurring charge of $14.95 for "membership" on my credit card since my April '09 purchase from Linen Source. I take some of the responsibility for not noticing the charge, but with such a lengthy description of charges, numbers and abreviations on the statement, I did't catch it. But I also blame the legimate companies such as LINEN SOURCE for getting their customers involved! WATCH OUT...when ordering online! If you accept anything, companies can get your number and SCAM you for unwanted services and memberships!

Scam
They charged my credit card $19.95 per month. We didn't notice it for the first two months. When we called to question the charge, the FIRST teleprompt was "press 1 to cancel", which speaks as a huge clue toward customer satisfaction.
They said I clicked on a banner, which I NEVER do. I know I did not give my credit card or e-mail address info either, which they somehow had.
They also said they mailed information (U.S. mail), but we never received anything (they don't have my mailing address anyway).
This is a SCAM.

unauthorized billing
I never signed up for this service, yet they having been taking from my credit card account for a period of time I am too embarrased to mention. They seems cooperative by phone and stated they will refund my money,
I hope other complaints have made my refund possible and that I get back ALL the money they took
