inauthorized account
I have been working through my credit card people to get rid of this unauthorized billing which appeared on my statement beginning in March 2009. Finally, Chase Credit informed me that Shopping Essentials had cancelled my account and would credit my credit card. However, as of this date I have received only (1) one credit of $19.95 and $1.00 (for July)... I am still awaiting credits of $19.95 for March, April, May and June!! These criminals must be stopped...

Unauthorized charge
I bought an airplane ticket from Travelocity in December of 2009. Unbeknown to me I was charged $19.95 a month from Shopping Essentials to my credit card account. Apparently, I signed up to a cash back offer of $10 from Travelocity. I do not remember receiving it, but I do know that they charged me $6 something for the reservation. Until April, I had not noticed the charges from SE in my credit card account. I called the company however and after talking to one representative (Monica, 22716) she promised the company will credit the full amount (aprox. $100) back. If not, I plan to file a complaint with my bank.

Unauthorized billing
I can't believe these people! i found an unauthorized charge with the name shoppingessentials on my bank statement. When I called the phone number next to the charge on my statement i got an answer telling me to enter my customer ID# or CREDIT CARD#! Since I am not a customer, i have no ID#.
I certainly didn't enter my credit card# either! It appears that shoppingessentials is flying just under the wire. A large department store where i have credit recently notified me via email that their payment system was hacked into last month. I wonder, hmmm...

give me back my money
My Visa Credit Card is being charhed 11.95 and has been sinve last summer. Ihave no idea what this charge is for, have never received anynotification and would appreciate it if you would reinburse my acct for those charges and not charge this acct any more.
I have tried calling you, but life is not long enough for the wait. I ahve noticed I am not the only person this has happened to. You must stop!

debit card charge
I am charged 14.95 each month from my checking account and cannot get it stopped and I never signed anything or ordered this. I never heard of ShoppingEssentials
