Ordered two pairs of Cardi Ugg boots. Wrong boots delivered. I returned wrong order to the supplier and was told that I would be reimbursed for any costs and that correct order would be sent to me. I have received absolutely nothing! I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent to them. Parcelforce have confirmed the boots were delivered to them. I have asked for a full refund through PayPal but absolutely nothing has been forthcoming. Also, when I telephoned, (my chinese friend called) I had no joy whatsoever! They said that we had got through to the dispatch department and that they had no telephone number for the person Yi Ke who I needed to speak to!
