Looking for a hotel in the Seaside park area on this site and clicked on hotel called La Fontana. What appears was a legal rant of some kind. It seems that the ownership of this site is airing some kind of anger agaist the owners of the hotel. This not only renders their service worthless but unreputable as they worry about getting paid for some type of listing. Do not trust this site seems like everything is for sale. They also name people that owe the money for everyone to see. This is a private matter and i do not need to be involved as a third party.
