My husband rented a condo from this Website. I honestly did not think anything of it. We had rented from VRBO.com before and other rentals by owner and never had a problem. The problem started when we got to the condo. Check in was at 3:00pm and we arrived around 6:00pm. When we got to the condo it was not cleaned. So I called the number from the Website and left a message-no one called back so we waited and called again and Kelly answered. So I told her what was going on and she said she would call the cleaning people. Never apologized. I asked her what we wre suppose to do while they cleaned the condo and she said we could stay there (really??) or we could go and eat or something. So we decide to go eat. Came back to the condo around 7:30. The cleaning guy had just gotten there to clean! So we loading up again and went to the grocery store and called Kelly on our way to tell her that it was almost 8:00 and we were still not in our room. Again she never apologized-told my husband well "things like this just happen." Also keep in mind that we have a two year old that has been riding in the car since 1:00 that afternoon and it's 8:00 and we're still not in our condo and I've changed him in the parking lot 3 times! So finally at 9:00 we get in the condo. So the next day Kelly was suppose to call us back after speaking with the owner and let us know if they were going to give us a refund. Never called. So we called her and she finally told us that she would give us back the cleaning fee of $75. Still not really satisfied but agreed to this. She said they would send us a check in 7-10 business days. Well that has been over a month ago and I haven't received the check. I've called the number on the Website 20-30 times and left message after message and no one has ever called me back-nor have a seen a check from them. No one may ever read this and that is fine. But if I can stop 1 person from renting a condo from these people then I think I would be satisfied!
