I borrowed 600.00 cash loan from this company in March as we had a Family emergincy accross the country . It was the easiest loan I ever got in 24hrs. I was told the loan could be paid within seven days for a total of 660.00 or the would take via direct withdrawl payments as follows: 1st 130.00 on my first payday to follow the loan, 260.00 on my next and 390.00. Totaling 780.00. I paid the loan back in a few days at 660.00. No problem very simple and convenient.

A month later the same family members condition worsened, greatly. We again had to jet accross the country asap for what was to be the last time. So I called the same great company renewed the same loan for the same terms. Only this time I did not pay back in a week. Now I they tell me they willcontinue to take 180.00 bi-weekly out of my account indefinitely until In addition to the 180 bi weekly charge I pay them 780.00!!!

I re read all the loan documents and no where does it say this!! They will not stop taking the funds and my bank says they cannot stop them unless I shut down my account and open a new one except both our pays are direct deposited and all 3 car loans are direct withdrawl so are 3 or 4 other bills we have. So this company has successfully screwed me over any way I go!!
