Bought a fiberglass hood from Showcars-bodyparts.com . They don't accept credit cards so you have to send them a check. This should have been my first clue they were shady. I was told that they would ship my hood within a week of receiving my check. 4 weeks later I got my hood. It was a piece of crap. Cracks in the gel coat, misshapen, and way too long. Even after cutting and working the hood, we soon figured it wouldn't work. I sent pics and emailed Showcars and Rob assured me that he would ship out a new hood asap. It's been 2 1/2 months and after 15 conversations with Rob, he tells me he doesn't have the mold and no one to work there. So now after all this I start reading all kinds of bad posts about them. Wish I had checked them out before.
