We bought Shower curtain from Philla Dollor city, 2385 Cheltenham Ave, PA 19150
When we opened the sealed plastic cover we find that quality is substandard and unfit for shower curtain. The store is not ready to even listen.
Is there no check on such stores cheating unsuspecting customers? Is there any law which governs quality control on products sold by Dollor stores?
