We hold a landline (no 30684423) and broadband of Relaince communications. The incoming and outgoing calls as well as internet
is unavailable from 19th August 2009. As per reliance communication our bill for july 2009 was pending. But we had already paid the bill. After clearing this issue with customer care now they are saying our credit limit was exceeded. And RCL disconnected our phone without any prior information from 19th August 2009.
If RCL is having any issues regarding billing or so, they should communicate with us. Since ours is a educational institute, we are facing a great problem by the SERVICES of RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.
