We were moving from Mumbai and chennai. The packers were supposed to unload and unpack the goods for which they had charged us. In chennai, they send an open truck ( a local trucker) and he refused to unload unless paid in full. Secondly, they were supposed to unload and unpack and we were forced to look for people to unload and spend a bomb to unload and unpack. The phone number is answered by the person who refuses to identify as himself and responds that the person in charge is not contactable.

The car story is worse. IT took 7 days and arrived in pathetic condition, we are sure it was driven down from Mumbai. Tires were worn out, clutch , brakes and accelerator were limp with over usage and the condition is pathetic.

Stay away and never rust balaji packers and movers!
