We hired this person from a referral from a friend. We hired them as a packaged deal which includes video, photography and DJ. Putting our trust and confidence in them, we expected to have great service. But we regret hiring them. The DJ that was provided at our wedding was very rude and refused to play songs we wanted, instead played songs that they wanted which was different from our tastes and also had faulty equipment that broke down in the middle of speeches that were given from family and friends. Because of the DJ mishap many of our guests complained to the DJ and he was very rude to the guests.
We complained about the DJ and the head person of Shri Production named Raj just refused to listen and take care of the problem, instead kept saying, "this wont happen next time"... Next time??? How many times does he expect us to get married??? Raj gave us a very bad attitude and very poor service. He did not even appologize for the mishap which is all on the video as well.
We overpaid for such poor service. He did a poor job in the quality of the photos, the DVD was also very cheap quality even though the video was good, the DVD is the type that after playing a few times will just not work anymore. Therefore we had to recopy the DVDs into high quality DVDs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They will ruin the most valuable and memoriable time of your life and laugh about it after they receive your money. It is like a hostage situation, they wont give any slack even if they admit their work is bad, but they know how important your wedding stuff is and will hold everything and wont fix anything until you give them their money. Then they give you your important event moments. Even then they refused to fix anything and they basically run away. Bad quality, poor customer service and most of all, the most unprofessional service for wedding events. Find another for safekeeps.
