I have a land line phone No. 4035454 at 316 - Srishti Apartments, Khedapati Road, Gwalior. I have requested to put my phone on the Apartment's Centrex No. 4086377 but till date my requested has not been entertained. One other phone No. 4040225 is already is on the same centrex. This is for your reference. I am paying my bills regularly and every time when I go to pay the bill I repeat my request but no attention is being paid to my request. Please help me out as I am staying on 3rd floor and very frequently I have to contact the gate wasting my calls.
