But you send my ch. book at previous address why this happened as I updated the address is there problem of your employees careless work as I thought 95%your bank work is done by the computer. I want to know. One bad experience I got in last April At malavan branch at that time I try to widrawl amount from branch ATM but shows debit but money not come out. Then I run to the Malvan branch manager cabin and told him the incidence happened but he told me that your account is at saswad so complaint should be given by your home branch manager is fair? Branch manager donot have the authority to check the pin of ATM an check the cash and is not get by the customer can credit his account as ATM machine showing the card number.
I really boared your this quick service and thinking weather I can continue with you and open my NRE account in your bank as I just come in Abroad. One more case is also happened with me my wifes account is in Also Saswad branch and cheque book is lying in the branch and bank told to collect from branch as your rule is sending ch. book on account stated address My wife name is Mrunalini Maheshwar Lele.A/C no. 30140500827. As my wife is 400km away is this possible as bank said you can operate account any where from the world. Shame for your this service
And last about your branches service I cannot talk with world. I am writting this from Abroad.
