Finally I found a forum wherein I can throw some of my anger regarding the pace of the construction of shubhashree woods. The community with 5 buildings of 7 floors each and imagine the time they have taken to construct that, 2 years and hold on, they haven't yet completed it.

The possession date was supposed to be Jan-Feb 07 and now the new date is like Jun-08 which means they are late by more than a year. The sad part is that even now after being so delayed in completing the project, there is not much improvement in the speed of construction. I wonder if they would meet the new deadline.

Would like you guys to comment on the same, I have been tired of hearing same excuse from builder which is very disappointing. Also comment on the quality of there construction.
