We signed a contract on Jan 23, 2006 and paid half of the charge for installation of Accordion Hurricane Shutters that have never been delivered, installed nor has a permit been applied for. The company got several owners in our building to sign up but never started the work. They were supposed to come to a meeting with the owners on 5/22/2007, but were a no show. No one answers the phone when we call.
