I ordered from Sidesleeperpro after seeing the product on TV. I filled in my order on site and then decided to exit. As soon as I did that another offer popped up that gave me the opportunity to order the set for $5.00 off. I Filled in my order information and marked "1" in order amount. I completed the payment info without seeing my order info. I felt uneasy but thought I am dealing with a reputable company. As soon as I hit the "order" button and saw my order info, I was dissapointed. I was charged for two sets of the pillows. Not sure how this happened. My only thought was that when I hit order a button popped up asking if I wanted to take advantage of the $5.00 off order. Since that was the order I was completing I pushed "yes;" however, it never mentioned that this would be for a second set. I am a widow and certainly don't need 4 pillows. I also felt tricked since I was never able to review my order before the request was complete. Very dissapointed and felt taken advantage of on purpose. Now I am a dissatisfied customer even before receiving my product and am NOT looking forward to it. I also had to search the web to find a way to contact Sidesleeperpro. Seemed as if they did not want to be contacted - wonder why?!

I wanted to buy 3 pillows. When I put in the qty of 3 it didn't let me know the total order. After entering all my pmt info, I got many offers for other "free" items (paying shipping only for each). Thought I would get to a final screen where I could review & correct my order. I thought wrong. Discovered my order for SIX pillows had been processed ($20 for ea set of 2 pillows & $20 shipping for ea set of 2). No phone number to contact cust svc is listed. But they did give me a whopping $5 off my entire order!! Calling credit union first thing in the morning to issue stop-pmt on my order. Otherwise I'm stuck paying $60 shipping on pillows I'm returning.

I ordered the pillows on February 17th, and have yet to receive them. Their website has no contact information or return policy... just the recording and how to order.

Beware of the ads or a bunch of affiliates that point to the same web address. I saw an infomercial on TV for the Side Sleeper Pro pillow. I liked how it sounded but wanted more info. I went online, read about it and saw they were offering the same price of $19.99 plus $8.99 S&H or get a second pillow, just pay S&H. Of course as you are ordering, they go through about 6 different offers. All I wanted was the pillow for $19.99 + $8.99 for a total of $28.98. What I did miss was... "Offer Details: Order the SideSleeper Pro™ Pillow for only $19.99 + $8.99 P&H and receive 2 Sleepscapes CDs for FREE! *Just pay the $8.99 P&H."... this was the key. The shipping is actually $17.98, not $8.99!

Somehow I thought you had the option of saying "no thanks" to their suppose to be FREE CD offer but nope. Before I knew it, my order was submitted without a review first. I immediately tried to cancel my order. Oh yes, they do have a customer service phone number but when call [which I did for 3 hours], you hear "all circuits are busy...". All these infomercials work the same way... you are paying for their free items in the cost of shipping. I would much rather have them be "up front" with the real cost and give me the option to choose what I want and if I want it. I don't need or want their "Free" gimmicks.
