I am a very frequent flier of Emirates Air Line and in fact I really had no problem but as Emirates Air Line has a name and has been awarded Air Line of the Year. To maintain this standard Staff has to be trained in a way that they does not act bad temper and harsh and looks to be more racist. Find below the details of my conversion and act as per International Disciplinary Rules .
Heated and bad conversation by Mr Nimesh Counter No.14
Counter 14 Mr Nimesh told me that you have some access baggage and you have to pay Kd 45/- When he said for the access baggage I asked him whether any possible document can be given. The answer which Mr Nimesh gave me, it was really ill mannered and and harsh in style, he said this is Air Port not a baqala and no bargaining here not only the answer his attitude was really harsh and embarrassing, as frequently flier I, have been recently awarded some mileage package.
Supervisor on Air Port can give the reply that its not allowed and we are not entitled to do so, would have been enough if it was in the right way. But if the supervisor him self is embarrassing and insulting the client do you think it is recommended for a corporate Air Line.

I really strongly wish that any staff whose attitude is not as per Corporated rules has to be sacked or Punished and should apologize from Client. Hope as World famous and International Air Lines the management of Air Lines should take necessary action.
