I shipped my laptop for repair service, after nearly 3 weeks of repairing, and they told me they will ship it back to me on 31st of March, 2008.
But 1 weeks later I did not receive it. I called HP service center they insisted that HP has shipped it and asked me to check with Fedex, I called Fedex, Fedex told me HP just scheduled a picked up but Fedex was not able to picked it up. I called HP service line several times, each time it took me about 30 mins to explain to them what happened again and again.
1 week later they finally admitted that the laptop should be still with HP and asked me to call again to talk with my new assigned case manager because the case manager was not in office at that time. OK, I agree they are busy.
first contact with case manager, he assured me that he will check and will give me an update in this week. I waited but no updates even till 1 and half weeks later. I called him again, he basically talked the same words again. he will check and he will send a request to ask the engineers to investigate. 1 week past, nothing happened. This morning I called again, same words, what's the fuck!
