Disgusting service delivery
this as this is not the first time i am facing this problem before this also i have wasted my whole months money as my inetrnet was off and Sify and Weblink ( Dombivli) kept me toggling between for 2 months. To begin with I am using your broad band connection from last two years. Earlier with Dombivli Internet Services and now with Weblink. The most fresh complaint about your sify broadband I have lost my internet connection for past 5 days. I have this sify connection from your provider Weblink communications in dombivli. I have recently renewed my plan for 3 months. The actual charge is 1250 where as i pay 1575 extra maintenance charges taken by weblink. Now my internet stopped working 5 days back - i called up weblink and informed the same first of all their engineer takes a pretty good time of two days to attend my call to check what's the problem and this happens only when i make 10 odd calls to them and visit them 3 - 4 times that please check the problem. After 3 days the engineer comes and checks that the switch which provides connection to my home has gone faulty. He says it will be replaced today evening or at max by tomorrow morning. We expected him in the morning no one turned up - This is very crucial time as 10th On-line form filling is going on and my mom being a principal we need it at the earliest - inspite of explaning them all our problems no one was bothered to come. Now in the evening of the fourth day we lost our tempers and we screamed at weblink people so now they are telling after taking happy 4 days of time that you need to log a complaint with sify broadband customer care and not us they are the one who will take care of this and not us. I asked them what are they taking extra maintenance cost for so their reply was that is not taken by us - its taken by Sify go and ask them. We are the fools as we need the connection up so we loged a complaint with Sify - TAC ID -10341716. Told everything to your customer care person and she too tells that sify engineer will attend the query and not weblink person - agreed but for your information no sify engineer visited us instead the same weblink people again. Now on the fifth day that was yesterday again a person comes in the morning ( Inspite of telling we are working people and we are on our work from morning till evening) He called up and says check your connection - which was ofcourse a dumb question as i already told them we are not at home. Yesterday i got a sms from sify thankyou and your query has been resolved. Today is the 6th day no engineer has connected that switch - neither my internet is working.
