I should like to repeat once again that –
I am holder of your Vodafone No. 98195 11077 and have been facing Network receiving problems / difficulties very badly since last 9 months.
Previously, assurances had been given surely to resolving this network signal receiving problem by your department / staff executives either on phone or by sympathetic, auto-reply email, but it’s all in vain when we found that they are only mere words which did nothing.
But, no supportive & considerable step has been taken by your Vodafone department until yet.
For instance, even cell no. 9920926361 given by your department person, Mr. Sachin, has not been even received by him. Note that Mr. Sachin assured me to fix the Booster immediately when an approval passed by your department within 1 week and this is matter of the day, 18/9/09 (more than 1 month passed)
I am again and again request you to fix this network receiving problem by placing the Booster in my office area, which could be helpful to receive network signals more obviously and clearly.
I have been very surprised to find total carelessness / overall negligence of entirely responsible your Vodafone department, I could not believe such zero result as outcome in spite of my every possible efforts to connect you asking effective solution to receive network signals of Vodafone within my office. As in my earlier mails, I tried to tell you that mobile communication has been very essential / necessary part of my entire business, and without it, my business suffers a lot. How can I tolerate only I know.
And this not only my problem / complaint, but also of most of the other businessmen nearby my entire office area for only your Vofafone ( as other cards like Airtel, Tata can be accessed easily).
You are requested to place only 1 Booster in my office area at my below-mentioned office address. Kindly let me know whether you can solve this severe problem or I should to think for another alternative except you to resolve this.
Finally, waiting for your sensible, considerable & practical step to solve my 9 month old Vodafone network receiving problem at the earliest as it has been too late to solve over and again, repeated my complaints for your network receiving difficulties, which affect my / our valuable business severly.
