I was told today that I can't get a replacement for my phone, which is broke, because they say that it was "wear and tear" and "not an accident". I didn't know it made any difference, because we were told it would be covered for whatever reason... Not just for accidents.! I have paid them every month for the past 2 years, for both phones, because we were told that they replace for any reason. But... because when I opened my phone and the hinge was broke, they say it is "wear and tear"! I told them that I didn't know if it was from me dropping the phone all the time or opening the phone, but it broke. To me, that is an accident and they should replace it. It's a $50 deductible anyway and I know that phones don't cost that much to replace. Why am I paying them all this money if they aren't going to do what they say they will.
