I have a cellular phone with US cellular and insurance with signal insurance that covers the phone. My cellular phone went out and I contacted signal insurance for a replacement. I was told to send them $60 for the replacement phone, which I did. The phone was sent to me and I sent the broken phone back. Well I immediately noticed that the phone was scratched and looked to be a used phone. After one week of use, the phone goes completely out, which really upset me in the worst kind of way. Well I call us cellular and they told me to call signal insurance for a replacement phone. I called them on a Thursday and was promised a replacement phone by the following Saturday and a label to send the phone back by Friday. Well, I did not get a phone, did not get the label to send the broken phone back, which for some reason the insurance company will not mail anything out until the label is scanned with a tracking number. I finally got the label the following Tuesday, but no phone. I called signal insurance company to find out the reason I had not got the phone I was promised and was given a big run around as to why I did not get the phone. Not only did this not set very well with me, but the person I was talking to at Signal insurance was very rude and obnoxious. I was told that I would not get a new phone for my replacement, but a used phone, or a refurbished phone. The Signal insurance company is by far the worst service I have ever received and had I known this I would not even carried insurance, because Signal Insurance is a fraud. Take my advise and do not carry Signal Insurance, get your own from a different company.
