I hired Signature Pools to refurbish my pool last summer. Besides failing to live up to the terms of the contract, Signature Pools refuses to stand behind there work.

Part of the contracted work was to repair/resurface all the concrete coping/patio around the pool. The concrete coping/patio sections were uneven and the prior coping/patio sealing material was wearing off. Signature Pools was hired to correct these problems. Over the winter their concrete repair chipped and cracked significantly.

I delayed calling Signature Pools this spring because of issues that I had with them last year. Signature Pools excuse is it is always someone elses fault, and true to form when I called this year, I was told the following:

1) Before seeing the damage, I was told it was my fault because I failed to lower the pool water over the winter. (I did lower the pool water, and the chipping and cracking was on the pool deck not around the pool water line.)

2) There never worked on this section of the pool coping/patio. (Signature Pools did work on this section and all sections of the pool coping/patio.)

3) It was an act of God: ice and snow caused the pool coping/patio to chip and crack.
