I have booked my vehicle on 12.01.09, and paid the full amount of the vehicle by 24.01.09, where as the delivery was given to me on 15.02.09, when I got frustrated by the dealers false excuses that the Maruti Wagon R- VXI model supply is not coming, I asked them to cancel my booking and return my money with interest, immediately with in one week the delivery was made.

Till today i.e. 03.07.09, I have contected them so many time for the delivery of RC (Registration Certificate from the transport authority) and the worst thing is that first of all no body will bother to pick up your phone, By mistake if it is picked up by some one then the same response I am getting that it will be delivered to your residence after few days, but till date I have neither received my good response nor my RC.

They dont have courtsy to call back the customer also. I called them few minutes back after ringing around 10-15 minutes my phone was picked up by some lady and she told that you call after one hour, madem is not there, when after some time when I called again the same thing, no body picking the phone.

I got fed up now and cursing me why I went to this dealer, where they do not know what is customer service!!! I will suggest to the people those who want to buy vehicle please dont go to SIKAND & CO. otherwise you will also cry like me.
