Comme J'Ai auditif Problème des Nations Unies, il m'est difficile de communicate Très compagnie this AVEC C'EST via le téléphone de voiture le CAS de le dire, C'est Vrai dialogue de sourds des Nations Unies. Le this fermer devrait compagnie safe place d'eviter d'Autres Fraudes de Leur part. Ce n'est Pas Vraiment Digne de Leur part. Je ne sais plus quoi faire verser Leur faire Comprendre et les empécher de salir Auprès nom lun. d'Une compagnie de crédit.

threat of Colletion Agency
Sent for a free sample of their cream which I received and now they are billing me for the price of the cream. They have threatened to send it to a collection agency. I refuse to pay

produits charges sans ma commande
J'ai recu une facture au montant de $20.95 pour des produits que je n'ai jamais commandé. Je leur ai téléphoner pour les aviser de leur erreur et ils ne veulent rien savoir. Ils disent que je dois leur retourner les produits en payant le retour (mais je n'ai jamais eu et demandé de leurs produits) et qu'alors ils vont pouvoir annuler ma facture. Je suis rendu a deux avis de comptes en souffrance et pourtant je leur avais bien dit de se les mettre ou je pensais leur facture et que je ne voulais pas que mon crédit soit affecté avec de pareille niaiserie. Je vais possiblement leur envoyer un email pour reclarifier la situation. Je suis très décue de voir que des compagnies de ce genre peuvent affecter la cote de crédit d'honnetes personnes sans aucun probleme.

unordered products sent out to me
I recived silkies enriche skin cream through the post unordered, i have had two bills sent to me i have tried to phone the company but theres never any answer, i do not wish to post the product back as i will be charged.

SCAM
I signed up for a FREE sample of Silkies enriche moistureiser only they have now sent me and my mother for some reason a tube of the stuff (which causes pain and stinging around the eyes any way) and a bill!! they said they will send a tube every month!!

I have never requested a free sample of Silkies Enriche! Now I get a bill for $22.55 for a moisturizer,
Be advised that I will NOT pay to ship it back .I find it pathetique that you need to scam people to buy your product.

Scamming Free Sample
Was sent FREE SAMPLE. Says they are forwarding a Introductory Kit which was never asked for or ordered and I will hav e to return it and pay shipping to return it if I don't want it. Havent received kit and do not want it. Too many people scamming, sending product then demanding money when product was never ordered. Shady business.

didn't receive any product or sample
Just received letter from D. Gervais Collections Officer for no payment on sample product. Saying I owe them $22.55 Acct # 10155322. I don't understand how they got my name and address but take me off your mailing address. Or I will report you to the better business bureau. We have been in Fl. for the last 6 months, and received nothing at home.
