intimidation for non payment of items neither ordered nor received
in 2008 I received unsolicited samples of Silkies Enriche ( still unopened).
since then I have lost count of the number of requests for £13.98 in payment of cream I have supposedly ordered and received.
I can actually remember looking at the size of the tube, the cost, and rejecting any idea of ordering such an item.
I have written twice to the company telling them that I don't use, haven't used or ordered this product.
their latest letter is threatening some form of action against me, and I take this to be nothing but intimidation.
when I order an item through the post, I either fill out the payment form, or send a cheque. If I order on line, I usually use PayPal, or some such scheme.
When this unsolicited sample arrived, I was being very vigilant about mail orders, having had my fingers burnt with Belgian Sweets, Book Clubs, Clothes etc in the past; and ending up paying way too much for what took my eye. Please note - I DID say Paying too much, not neglecting to pay, or having my payments rejected!!!
So I am not enchanted by Silkies Enriche.
And come to think of it, the unsolicited sample of hosiery (usually one stocking, or part of a stocking) that used to come years ago) didn't make me rush to order either ( the denier was too fine, and I have cats with sharp claws, and it would have been money down the drain).
I would like others in this situation to be warned, but also to stand firm. Bullying and intimidation is of the gutter and should be stamped upon.

want me to pay for something i did not order
I received an letter in the mail with a free eye wrinkle stick by the company of Silkies Enriche and a fiew weeks later i received an other letter with a tube of anti aging cream and i was billed for 20.95$ when i never ordered anything. Every 2 weeks they keep sending me letters saying that my credit will be in danger if i do not pay. Why should i pay for something i never ordered and this is a total scam!

they keep sending product I asked not to be delivered
silkies rebuild product is automatically sent each time I pay the bill, so the last time I did pay my bill I send a note that if they sent another shipment when they received it ( payment) I would cancel my subscription. I do not need more product at present but I'm afraid when I pay the bill another shipment will be sent. Is there any person there to talk to? I'm afraid the lights are on but nobody's home.

today i received a invoice for £13.98 for the folowing items 1 months supply of silkies enriched anti-aging moisturiser and a free eye stick. in the letter it stated, that they sent myself a free sample, of moistursier a month ago, this i have not received, so i could not read the small print about the company sending me goods if i did not contact yourselfs, please do not send me anymore items because i think its a big con referance number is 010557224-1

no product ordered/received
I continue to receive statements "Past Due", and am tired of these coming to my home. I did not order nor did I receive a Welcome Pack, as shown in your statement. I did call last month and was assured this would be taken care of and to disregard the statement.

I recieved some aging cream from silkies enriche and did not order it. However, I did pay for it and now they are still sending me bills. for it. I do not want anything more from this company and I would like my name removed from their mailing list. 73

Did not order this
I received a free sample in the mail that Silkies Enriche stated that I requested and that they would send me a Welcome Pack at the price of $14.99 plus shipping & handling. Since I don't ever remember requesting said item as I have not even heard of this company, please advise this company NOT TO SHIP THIS ITEM TO MY ADDRESS as I do not want to be bothered sending it back.

Didn't order
Like all the other complaints, I never ordered this product nor have I ever received this product. I have received their bill for $19.94. I just received another one for amount past due. I went on their website to see if I could straighten it out, but all they want is for you to pay the bill or order something. They do not answer their phone. No way will this be paid. SCAM!!
