i did not order this product and did not receive it
i have never order anything from this company and have tried to contact by phone which is a automate system ihave writen them about this problem still they keep sending bill. i wiii not send them any money, because i do not owe them.

I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER WITH YOU EVER
I recently found out that my 16 year old daughter had used my credit card to order something from you. I HOWEVER did not knowingly allow her to use my card, so I am asking that you DO NOT SEND anymore of your product or bill it to my credit card. The account number that is on the paid invoice is #114674240-1. I would greatly appreciate an email letting me know this has been seen and my name removed from your buying list.

Cannot reach their customer service to inform them I do not want to receive anything
I did not solicit this product, received free sample. Cannot reach the Customer Service on the web. What should I do? Sample they sent states "can cancel at any time by contacting Customer Service."

Product not ordered
I received a product that I did not order. The details on the brochures ask that I pay according to an invoice which was not with the order! Also, I do not wish to be put on any "recieve one every four weeks" list which seems to be what will happen when they do not receive my prompt payment.
