In May I returned an order as my doctor changed my face cream. I wrote two letters explaining. Today I received a card saying my order had been damaged in shipment and that they had sent another order with an invoice. As I told you, I can no longer use this product, but evidently you did not get my letter. Your post card lists my account # 112562671-2. I canceled my order in May and shipped it back, but evidently customer service did not get this information. I will try to catch the postman and return this shipment to you.
