I agrre 100% with the other complaints and comments I have read, I think this Company RMCB Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureu has targeted and is steeling from innocent people and anyone getting the same type of collections notices like my Mother who I am writing this complaint for is aslo a victim to this scam, she has been recieving the collection letters that are ruining her credit and good name, the highlight to that is my mother does'nt even go on line or use a computer, she orders nothing from mail orders or on line, where and how did this happen to an elderly women???? I think this company should be investigated, stopped, fined and put out of buisness, this is dishonest practice and what I have read about them they don't have a good reputation AT ALL!!,If anyone knows how we can clear this up please e-mail me. This comment is also based on the complaint I am making for my mother, my mother did not buy anything from any company and as she recalls this might be from a company that she got a flyer from in the mail selling nylons, she does not subcribe to mail vendors of this kind, nor mail orders of any sort. This company is asking for $15.92 and states she is in debt for it. But in this letter it doess'nt indicate the clients name or a customer service number for her to call to find out what this is or even how to take care of it, I find that even stranger if not a scam. Looking over this letter actually has alot of things out of place for an organization such as a collection agency that I noticed that makes me feel even more uncomfortable, the addresses don't even match on their letter head they have a physical address and then a PO Box where they want you to send your payment. This type of thing takes up alot of someones time to investigate and most of all it hurts ones credit that is so hard hard to fix if you cant prove that you don't owe it. I or my Mother should not have to be doing this. We hope to here from someone on this matter.
