Back in February, I submitted an application to Silvalining Marketing in Marietta, Georgia. The very next day, I received an e-mail by the Human Resource Manager saying that they were impressed by my resume and they wanted to have an interview and to call their assistance to schedule an interview. For the next week and a half, I kept calling up the company every other day (excluding the weekends) and leaving a message for the assistance. Finally, after two weeks, I received a phone call from another representative saying that all the positions were filled up and I was informed that the HR Manager assistance was out of the office during the past week.
After calling the company many times, I would have thought that maybe another representative of the company would have called me back and schedule an interview but instead, they tell me that all positions were filled up in the company. This marketing company has poor customer service skills since they did not return my call in a timely manner and when they called me back, they informed me that the person I needed to speak to was not in the office and that all positions got filled up fast. I wasted two weeks of my life waiting for a phone call from the HR Manager assistance and I could have spent this time looking for new work opportunities instead. If anybody is considering applying for Silvalining Marketing and you do not get a hold of someone to schedule an interview after two phone calls, give up because the company is not interested in your interest as a candidate and you can spend your time doing something more productive than waiting for a phone call from Silvalining Marketing. I do not plan to apply for this company again in the future.
