I too have been ripped off by Gustavo Paz. In March I rented a home for July 1 thru 7. I visited it four days ago-it has been foreclosed on, it's sealed and empty. Mr. Paz has NOT contacted me nor offered a refund.
I have nine out-of-state guests flying in on the first of July for our long planned reunion. I've had to scramble to find a replacement for a holiday week that I booked months ago. My out of pocket expenses now exceed five thousand dollars - what I paid him plus new rental. (Not to mention the lost sleep, stress, etc)
You want to find him?
Go to the Nevada Clark County Assessors Office on line. Just google it, it will come up. Do a search on his name or on
#702-828-3285, that will show you his real address. Note his taxes are current, obviously it's easy to pay your bills when you're spending the money of others.
Gather your paperwork and contact the Las Vegas Police Department's Financial/Property Crime Fraud Div. Their telephone number is 702-828-3285.
His phone has been disconnect, I suspect he simply got a new number to try to dodge us.
I suggest we ALL make a complaint. Obviously he has and will continue to do this to others unless we stop him and hold him accountable for his actions.
