As a customer for several years I placed an order accompanied by a $74.81 money order on 10-14 and have not received my order.
I'm unable to reach silvercloud by phone (voicemail is "full") and e-mails to silvercloud have been answered by my hotmail provider as "undeliverable". Something is obviously fishy and I'm furious!

I sent an order on Sep 15, 2008--todate I have NOT received an acknowledgement, they don't answer either the phone or emails. Recently, emails are returned as "undeliverable"
I'm wondering if they still in business
