I have subscribed to Airtel Lifetime Mobile service for which I
have been alloted No.98928849571. The mobile service got
activated in the next day of the subscription of the application.
After two weeks, the SIM Card became faulty.This matter was
brought to the notice of concerned dealer and as per his advice
I have approached Airtel Gallery at Vashi, NewMumbai. After
two days I was told that there is no record available in the
Air tel Office. Subsequently, I have again approached the
dealer of Airtel, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai and they expressed
their helplessness.
I hope Bharati Airtel Ltd. will look into the matter and restore
mobile connection or issue a new connection without charging
money.
