Lousy mattress
Bought a Simmoms King Size mattress in 2007 (manufactured in 2006) from AARON's and it has collapsed in the sleeping areas. The model number is M14750.60.7300. This mattress has caused both of us to seek back pain medical relief. This was a very expensive retail mattress. It has a foam top layer that will not return to its non-weight position. It has a created a large center hump running from top to bottom. We tried putting a pillow top mattress protector on it, an that has not helped either. The manufacturer needs to fix or replace, but no action from them. I would not recommend anyone buying any mattress from Aaron’s or Simmons. Lousy, lousy product and support.

Didn't honor warranty
Simmons Mattress Co. did not and will not honor the warranty for a BeautyRest California King mattress and box springs that cost over $2900.00 that was purchased through mattress warehouse. Mattress had body impressions on both sides of mattress and the inspection people from mattress wharehouse checked only one side said a box spring was upside down (was only for week), second time inspected said dirt was on mattress (brushed off easy)they said it had stains (Untrue) Mattress Warehouse along with Simmons found whatever reason to say the warranty was void. In my opinion Simmons Mattress Co. is the worst mattress I've ever owned and will never get a dime more from me. Also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint which did not help assist at all.

Mattress guarantee not upheld
I purchased my King-sized Simmons Beaty Rest mattress only 2 1/2 years ago. Nearly a year ago, I had to have someone come out from the fruniture store where I purchased the set and check the mattress for sagging. I was told it couldn't be replaced even though it was saggin in the middle.because my husband had sweat and caused a stain on his side of the bed. I have since tried to just keep the mattress, but the sagging is now intolerable and the mattress is only 2 1/2 years old. Why does it matter if there is a slight stain on the mattress-is it guaranteed against sagging or not?

Never Again!
I purchased a Simmons World Class pillow top mattress 12/08 at Rooms to Go. The mattress sunk in very badly on both sides within 6 months. I weigh 210 lbs. and my wife weighs 120 lbs. I called Rooms to Go and they sent a tech. It was out of specs and they replaced the mattress. Six months later, I had the same problem. Called and this time after checking it, they said it was not out of specs. Six months later when it was checked it was sunken 2.5 inches. This a horrible product that has caused hip, leg, knee and back problems for my wife and I. We have just been told that we can go to Rooms to Go and pick out a mattress of equal or greater value and pay the difference PLUS PAY $99 FOR DELIVERY. I argued about the $99, but was told that my Rooms to Go guarantee was only good for 12 months. It seems that their timing was well planned to be sure they screwed me out of an extra $99.
I will never purchase another Simmons product. Research says that a dissatisfied customer will tell 10 people about their experience. I plan to tell many more than that. This is just the beginning.

Poor quality product/warranty
I had purchased a mattress set from Value City Furniture for $1700.00 with a stain guard protection. In less than one year, the mattress developed a sinkhole in the center (my husband and I are average weight, 150 and 190 pounds); I returned the mattress and got a replacement of the exact same kind of mattress. In less than a year, this mattress did the same thing. I did not report it as quickly because it was hard to get someone to return the mattress; when I tried to get it replaced Value City Furniture refused to replace it because the mattress had a "stain" on it, which had absolutely nothing to do with the performance of the mattress. They voided the warranty even though I paid extra for the stain guard. I turned them in to the Better Business Bureau but it did not help. I will show anyone the pictures of the mattress if they want to see them; I do not want anyone to get duped like I did.

Rude and totally unhelpful
The crib mattress that I bought began to mildew and frey around the edges even though I had a waterproof mattress cover on it.The mattress just like all crib mattresses is supposed to be mildew and stain resistent as well as waterproof. When I called customer service they were rude and totally unhelpful. The 35 year warranty does not do any good against any of these issues. Their customer service is typical of what I find these days. I won't buy any more of their products in the future.

Never again
Simmons, what a joke!! They do not honor their warranty. My top of the line Exceptional mattress failed in less than a year with two trough like depressions where we lay. This was deemed "normal compression" by Simmons. I am told the more plush and expensive the mattress, the more likely this is to occur... it is conforming to our bodies. I'm a disabled vet who can no longer use this very expensive piece of junk, can not afford to replace it and must now sleep on the couch or be forever unable to escape my mattress. What a pathetic excuse for customer service. They also told me I must now wait for at least 6 more months before filing another complaint, that I am sure they will also deny. Simmons is crap. Never again, never!!
